How many of you would be interested in purchasing an engraved commemorative brick to be placed in a portion of the walkway from the back of the future clubhouse to the tennis courts? It would be a way to share with future players some of the players who came this way before them to play at this Beaumont Tennis Complex? The bricks would be either 4" by 8" or 8" by 8" and the price could be somewhere around $75 to $100 per brick.
If you think you could support this project and that it would be a good idea or not please leave your comments good and bad with your name so we know who to contact if the project goes forward or email SETTA@email.com... Setta will be meeting with the city within the next few days and it is something that would need to be discussed so that a section of the sidewalk could be reserved for this future addition if approved.

I would be interested as well.
Gary and Sandy Childress would support this project if the city was agreeable.
How would the money be used? Mike Getz
There are numerous companies who provide these services. The money would be used to purchase the engraved bricks and the left over money would go to SETTA general fund assuming SETTA would elect to head up such a project.
The city may also decide to head up the project.

I would be interested in purchasing a brick on the walk way.
I think the idea has potential and I might be interested in purchasing a brick or two - however, before I commit I would like to see a break down on how much money is expected to be raised for each brick purchased and what the money is going to be used for. SETTA has plenty of money in the general fund. I think that before doing this, the board needs to come up with a plan on specifically what any money raised by this special project will be used for.
