Entry Fee

Cost is $10.00 per person and $20 per team.

March 13, by 12 noon

There will be a $5 late fee after 12 noon on March 13, 2012.

On March 14 at 11 o'clock a.m. late fee email registration will close, no exceptions!

Match Times

Match times will be sent out via e-mail after 3:00 p.m. on March 16, 2012

If, you don't receive an email or phone call from me by 6:00 p.m. please call me at 273-0880 because something is wrong.

Check In

Saturday March 17, check in @ 8:15 a.m. for all 8:30 a.m. morning matches. *If no first round match, check-in 30 minutes prior to first scheduled match

I hereby release the City of Beaumont employees, volunteers, and sponsors of all responsibility in the event of accident of injury. I also consent to emergency medical or hospitals services that may be rendered at designated hospitals by appointed physicians in the event such need arises in the opinion of a duly licensed physician.
