Limited To Two Events
Limited to one singles and one doubles - No level doubles and mixed doubles together
Events with fewer than 4 entries will be combined with next level if possible.
Early Entry Fee
Early entry fee ($5 discount) ends September 29th
Cost is $10.00 per person and $20 per team.
Regular Entry Fee
Cost is $15.00 per person and $30 per team.
Entry Deadline
October 5, by 12 midnight
$5 late fee after 12 midnight on October 6, 2012.
On October 7th at 12 midnight late fee on line registration will close, no exceptions!
Match Times
Match times will be sent out via e-mail after 3:00 p.m. on October 11, 2012
Check In
Friday October 12th check in @ 5:30 p.m. for all 6:00 p.m. evening matches.
Saturday October 6, check in @ 7:45 a.m. for all 8:00 a.m. morning matches.
If no first round match, please check-in 30 minutes prior to first scheduled match
